US President, Joe Biden said on Thursday that it was doubtful that Russian President Putin controlled Mariupol.

“It’s questionable whether he does control Mariupol,” Biden said.

He added that there is no evidence that Mariupol is completely perished.

He also called on Putin to allow the trapped ones to evacuate from the steel plant.

Biden added that any head would do the same in any circumstance.

Putin is planning on storming the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol.

He even ordered forces to obstruct the plant, so that no one could enter.

Anyone who chooses to surrender would be treated according to international conventions, reported CNN.

Ukrainian President, Zelensky, said that the country does not have heavy weapons to defeat Russian army.

They are concerned of the people trapped inside Mariupol.

And Ukraine’s army continues to resist the attacks, and ignores their call to surrender.
