Kishida tells Zelensky, Japan will provide food and medicine to Ukraine

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, said Tuesday during a phone call to Zelensky that Japan will provide additional supplies such as food and medicine to Ukrainian people.

Japan will also escalate its diplomatic efforts to support Ukraine along with other G7 nations.

Kishida told that Zelensky praised Japan for its support.

The two countries discussed the situation in Ukraine, they mentioned sanctions against Russia.

The assistance for aid was also indulged.

Four times, the discussions have been held trough phone call this year, said Kishida.
