On Monday, Russia’s military claimed to have destroyed air defence equipment “supplied to the Kyiv regime by a European country.”

According to the source, the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Defense reported in a statement that the four S-300 launchers were disguised in a hanger in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro, and that the strike also killed 25 Ukrainian soldiers.

“High-precision sea-launched Kalibr missiles damaged the equipment of an S-300 anti-aircraft missile division given to the Kyiv regime by a European country,” according to the ministry.

Russia did not specify which countries reportedly supplied Ukraine with air defence systems.

Slovakia who is a NATO member revealed on Friday that it has given Ukraine an S-300 system to Ukraine, said theirs has not been hit.
