It was announced on Wednesday by the Russian Defense Ministry that forces from Russia may strike Ukraine’s “decision-making centers,” including Kyiv. According to Sputnik, the Kremlin has so far avoided attacking these centers, but this strategy may change.

The governor of Kursk, Russia has previously reported similar attacks on Ukrainian border crossings. The governor went on to say that no one has been killed as of yet as a result of the attacks.

Over 4.6 million Ukrainians have been forced to escape their homes as their homes have been damaged and thousands of civilians have been murdered or maimed as a result of the Russian invasion.

Around 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers reportedly surrendered their guns at the Ilyich steel mill in Mariupol earlier today. In a news conference, Ukraine avoided mentioning reports that its troops had surrendered to Russian forces.
