Moscow, Russia: According to regional officials, an armed man opened fire in a kindergarten in Russia’s central Ulyanovsk area on Tuesday, killing at least four people.
“We confirm the shooting and that there are four bodies,” a regional official stated, while a law enforcement source informed TASS news agency that two children were murdered in the incident.
