Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky has been attempting to reassure the public about fuel shortages.

The claims have resulted in long lines and increased costs in several areas.

He stated the Russians had been purposefully damaging petroleum production, supply, and storage infrastructure, as well as obstructing ports.

Zelensky said, “There are no immediate solutions to replenish the deficit. But government officials promise that within a week, maximum two, a system of fuel supply to Ukraine will be provided that will be able to prevent a deficit.”

There was a Russian attack on an oil refinery this week at Kremenchuk in central Ukraine.
