An American woman who became ill at a Bahamas resort is now hospitalized in Miami

An American woman was hospitalized on Friday in the Bahamas.

There where three other Americans who died of unknown causes at a Sandals resort.

According to Rolle, the woman, whose identity has not been revealed, is in critical condition.

She was transported to a hospital in Nassau.

Authorities are currently investigating the deaths of the three people who died on Friday.

According to Acting Prime Minister Chester Cooper of the Bahamas, no foul play is suspected.

Resort personnel notified police just after 9 a.m. Friday that an unresponsive male had been discovered in a villa.

Authorities were informed that another man and woman were found unresponsive in another villa while on their way to the location.

Police entered the first villa’s bedroom upon arrival and saw a “Caucasian male lying on the ground unresponsive” with no evidence of injuries.

According to authorities, he was pronounced dead by a local doctor.

The officers were then directed to the second villa, where they discovered the second man “slumped against a bathroom wall, unresponsive.”

The woman was “discovered in a bedroom on a bed.”

“Both showed signs of convulsion,” the release states.

The identities of the three Americans who died will be released Monday after “official identification” is complete, Rolle told.
