Donetsk separatists to open ’embassy’ in Moscow

The self-declared separatist Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in eastern Ukraine will open an embassy in Moscow next month, according to an official.

She stated that future staff members would be trained at the Russian foreign ministry’s diplomatic academy.

Moscow recognized the DPR and another breakaway area in eastern Ukraine, the self-declared Luhansk People’s Republic, as “independent nations.”

“Its location in a comfortable district in Moscow has been determined,” Olga Makeeva, the DPR’s ambassador to Russia told.
