Serhiy Haidai, the regional governor of Luhansk, shares gruesome photos of a badly damaged lorry with a shattered windscreen and blood on the interior.

The body of a guy, thought to be the French journalist Haidai, lies on the pavement, killed by a Russian shell, according to Haidai.

Officials claim shrapnel breached the vehicle’s armor, causing a fatal wound to his neck.

The evacuation of civilians has always been a delicate operation in this conflict.

Moscow is being accused of repeatedly breaching agreed-upon ceasefires and purposefully targeting civilians, both of which it denies.
