G7 seeks to reintroduce grain exports: PM Boris Johnson

Boris Johnson, the British Prime Minister, told Ukraine President Zelenskyy that international allies were working hard to find a mechanism to restore grain exports from Ukraine in order to avoid a worldwide food crisis.

“He said that the UK would work with G7 partners to push for urgent progress,” a British readout said.

“The leaders agreed next steps and the imperative for Russia to relax its blockade and allow safe shipping lanes.”
