More than 4,000 civilians have been killed during war in Ukraine.

According to the UN Human Rights Office, 4,113 people have been murdered thus far in Ukraine’s conflict, including 264 children.

Nearly 5,000 people have been hurt, the bulk of them have been harmed as a result of shelling or airstrikes, according to the report.

2,337 people have been killed and 2,808 injured in the Donetsk and Luhansk areas, which have been subjected to a barrage of attacks.

Despite the fact that the death toll is already high, the organization has cautioned that the true number of deaths will be far higher.
