A man in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, has won many hearts with his courageous gesture of saving a three-year-old daughter from falling from a height of at least 100 feet.
The small girl’s mother had gone shopping when she used cushions and toys to climb out the window. As a result, she was observed hanging from the window, clinging to it only with her fingertips.
Shontakbaev Sabit, the Good Samaritan, was apparently on his way to work when he noticed a crowd staring up in despair at the toddler.

Sabit yanked on her leg for a few seconds before releasing it, then seen rapidly capturing her and giving the child over to someone waiting inside.
According to the Independent, Kazakhstan’s ministry of emergency circumstances labeled him a hero and awarded him a medal.
