Two persons are thought to have died as a result of a Russian missile strike on a retail centre in Kremenchuk, Ukraine, that had more than a thousand people inside.

According to reports, at least two rockets struck the mall, which is now completely engulfed in flames.

Pictures of the building’s tremendous flames erupting from it are horrifying, and a large rescue effort is underway.

Two individuals were killed in the atrocity, according to senior Ukrainian officials, while 20 more were injured.

“The mall is on fire, firefighters are battling the blaze, and the number of victims is beyond comprehension,” declared President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
