Blinken commended the Foreign Minister for Saudi Arabia’s efforts to deepen and prolong the cease-fire in Yemen, and they talked about steps to avoid the economic, environmental, and humanitarian concerns presented by the Safer oil ship in the Red Sea region.

The US Secretary of State stressed the necessity of international support for Ukraine as it protects its sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as the need for a worldwide reaction to President Putin’s cruel war’s food security catastrophe.
