According to South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff and the United States; the allies’ live-fire exercise involved eight Army Tactical Missile System missiles — one American and seven South Korean — that were fired into South Korea’s eastern waters over a 10-minute period following notifications for air and maritime safety.
