Three siblings tragically perished in a lake on the same day, leaving a family in ruins.
Mason Powell, 4, and Sawyer Powell, 3, were removed from Clarks Hill Lake, Georgia, dead on Thursday, just hours before Raven Powell, 22, was discovered dead (June 30).

Bystanders removed the two boys from the water, but it took police sonar technology to find Raven.

According to reports, they were seen playing while wearing life jackets in a final video filmed at the lake’s edge.

According to the investigators, they “have not ruled out foul play” as a contributing factor in the three fatalities.

“We have not ruled out anything at this point,” Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) special agent Pat Morgan told WRDW. “The autopsy, along with the interviews and other investigative leads we are investigating, should provide us additional information.”

A distraught cousin expressed her sorrow over the family’s loss to the local television station, saying: “There are no words to describe it other than dreadful. Amazingly, it happened in the space of a single eyeblink.

We lived in their world. To us, they are everything.

She paid appreciation by stating that Sawyer and Mason were “so thrilled” to accompany their sister to the lake and that she never once observed the boys “without a smile on their face, unless they were hungry.”

Back in the UK, a young man unfortunately passed away last week after attempts to revive him during his rescue from a river proved unsuccessful.

Unidentified 13-year-old reported missing at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22, sparking a significant search and rescue effort.

An hour later, emergency services discovered the youngster along the River Taff in Whitchurch, Cardiff. According to investigators, a group of kids had been seen playing in the water that afternoon.
