US plans new army base  as was noted before, in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the United States has declared that they would be increasing their military presence throughout Europe to include more American personnel.

Here is some further information on the plans of the United States.

Earlier in the day, President Biden announced to the attendees of the NATO summit that the United States would establish a new permanent army headquarters in Poland.

In the past, American forces would often rotate through the location.

Other fresh deployments will take place throughout the continent, including sending fighter jet squadrons to the United Kingdom, rotating soldiers in Romania, sending air defence units to Germany and Italy, and taking two more warships to Spain.

In a statement that matched the sentiments of other NATO leaders, Vice President Joe Biden said that Russian President Vladimir Putin had gotten “exactly what he didn’t want” as a result of his decision to invade Ukraine in an attempt to prevent the expansion of Nato.
