The 2024 U.S. presidential election is being held with great vigor and enthusiasm on the last day.
Earlier, in the final push for the U.S. presidency, Democrat Kamala Harris and Republican Donald Trump took contrasting approaches.
Harris made her last appeal at a historic Black church in Detroit and to Arab Americans in Michigan, stressing the importance of voter action. “In just two days we have the power to decide the fate of our nation for generations to come,” she said, also pledging to end the war in Gaza if elected.
Meanwhile, Trump adopted a provocative tone at a rally in Pennsylvania, criticizing Harris and calling Democrats a “demonic party,” while also attacking the media. He commented on media criticism, saying, “To get me, somebody would have to shoot through the fake news and I don’t mind that so much.”
