What you’ll be doing

• Analyze competition, best practices, and local market trends for the Marketing team

• Assist in developing the sales force animation program
• Collect customer feedback for actionable insights
• Conduct monthly reports on customer insights, sales analysis, and in-store traffic
• Implement the operational in-store action plan
• Handle live coverage on social media platforms
• Monitor store KPIs and optimize service and in-store experience
