Requirements

Job Description:
? Developing an integrated system to discover and empower talents and future leaders based on the best international standards and requirements that will place the organization among the best entities in this field.

? Designing tests and specialized programs to discover talents and determine their levels, strengths, and points of improvement.

? Preparing and developing mechanisms and tools to evaluate the talents and talent gaps.

? Preparing detailed reports on talent evaluation and testing in accordance with best practices in the field of talent management.

? Submitting executive reports on updates on the general results of talent assessment, the mechanisms used, and lists of talented employees for senior leadership on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
? 35 to 45 years old
? Doctorate’s degree for 10 years or master’s degree with 14 years or more in the field of specialization
