Job Description:
• Manage creative marketing initiatives and work closely with the marketing and sales teams, as well as other key stakeholders

• Develop strategy, vision, and concepts, design direction, and provide hands-on guidance to both internal and external teams
• Generate ideas around innovative and effective digital communications, interface design, and interaction design
• Inspire, mentor, and train more junior designers to create usable ideas that streamline solutions across existing and emerging platforms, setting design standards for the team and department
• Manage the design and production of all marketing assets meant for online and offline communications channels. e.g., web banners, SoMe posts, email marketing layouts, print ads, brochures, presentations etc

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic and European nationals
• 28 to 44 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or other related fields

• Minimum 4 years’ experience related to retail marketing (fashion, Beauty, luxury brands)
• Must have experience in digital marketing
• Experience in the creative/design industry with a strong portfolio rooted in digital visual designs using professional tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, and other graphic design software)
