Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time
• Senior interior designer who has experience in big projects on an international level.
• Someone who knows how to design a space, read and work on auto cad, revit and create spaces and layouts with beautiful design.

• They need to know how to generate renders with the 3d renderer.
• Knows all designers and fabrics, furniture, lighting.
• Someone who has worked on big projects residential and hotels.

Requirements

• He/she should know how to design a full project from A to Z which means concept, schematic and detailed design up to construction design phase with BOQ and specifications.
• There is a team with that designer to assist them with everything, they need to know how to follow up on site on their designs and make sure it is implemented correctly by the fitout contract.
• Check shop drawings and approve as well as work on value engineering sometimes on projects when needed.
