Karachi Traffic Police Issues Route Plan for Chehlum Imam Hussain

Karachi Traffic Police has issued a route plan for the procession of Chehlum Imam Hussain.

According to the spokesman of the traffic police, the main procession will leave Nishtar Park at 1 pm on October 8, 20 Safar.

The spokesman said that the procession will end at Nishtar Park where the Central Majlis will be held, after the Central Majlis the procession will be commenced, the main procession will pass through traditional routes and will end at Hussainiya Iranian Imambargah Kharadar.

The main procession routes include Sir Shah Nawaz Bhutto Road, Father Jimenez Road, Mehfil Shah Khorasan, MA Jinnah Road. The main procession will pass through Mansfield Street, Saddar Dawakhana, Pareedi Street, Tibet Chowk, MA Jinnah Road.

The main procession will pass through Bolton Market, Bombay Bazaar Kharadar, Nawab Mohabbat Khanji Road and end at Hussainiya Iranian Imambargah.

A spokesman for the traffic police said that normal traffic would not be allowed on the procession route during the procession.

According to the spokesperson of the traffic police, the people should take alternative routes during the procession. For the convenience of the people, the traffic police will be present on the alternative routes for guidance.
