Karachi Police arrested four people in charges of abducting and gang raping of a college student in Gulshan-e-Hadeed area of Karachi.

According to the FIR lodged at Gulshan-e-Hadeed police station, Mohammad Suleiman told the police that his 16-year-old daughter had gone to Gulshan-e-Hadid Degree College on February 9 but did not return on time.

On February 10, a call came from the Defense Police Station that his daughter had been found in a state of semi-consciousness.

They took her home. When she recovered, she said she was abducted on her way home from college, after which she lost consciousness.

She was later raped in a house and left in the Defense area when her condition deteriorated.

According to Malir police spokesman,main suspect, along with three of his accomplices involved in the incident have been arrested while further investigation is underway.

he further added that the arrested suspects are being interrogated, adding that a medico-legal examination of the suspects is also being carried out.
