Unidentified gunmen shot dead man and woman, near Boat Basin area of ​​Karachi.

According to the reports, two persons including a woman were killed in a firing incident near Boat Basin Food Street in Karachi. The deceased were residents of Hijrat Colony.

Police said that the victim has been identified as Adnan. The number plate of the victim’s motorcycle is missing.

Police said six shells of 30 bore pistols were recovered from the spot. Apart from the victims’ bikes, another motorcycle was also recovered from the spot.

Witnesses say the men in the white car opened fire on a woman and a man on a motorcycle.

According to police, the bodies of the deceased have been shifted to the hospital for post-mortem.

On the other hand, the executive director of Jinnah Hospital, Seemi Jamali, said that the victims were between the ages of 25 and 26. The victims were shot three times in the upper part of the body.

Police say an investigation into the incident is underway, and footage from CCTV cameras installed around the scene will be obtained.
