A government school in Malir Bin Qasim Town faced immediate evacuation as it was declared as damaged and dangerous building.

The perilous state of the school came to light after the roof collapsed just a few days ago, causing plaster to fall from the ceiling in every room, including the school office.

The Dudu Salar Goth Secondary School building was officially labeled as dangerous, and a written order was issued, mandating its prompt evacuation.

Unfortunately, no alternative arrangements have been made for the displaced students, leaving the school administration grappling with the challenge.

With winter setting in, the headmaster faces the daunting task of conducting classes for the 300 female students under the open sky.

Concerned parents are worried about how their children will cope with studying in such conditions.

The gravity of the situation was underscored by the Education Works Department Engineer, who officially declared the building dangerous.
