The former PTI minister in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Malik Shah Muhammad Khan Wazir was arrested in Bannu on Monday.

The arrest was made after the pre-arrest bail application of the PTI leader was canceled.

The Bannu police arrested Wazir from the premises of the Anti-Terrorism Court and took him to Cantt police station.

Asghar Ahmadzai Advocate stated that Mohammad Khan Wazir has been arrested on the grounds of political revenge.

He added that Wazir had secured bail in all May 9 related cases, but still, he is being targeted on the grounds of political vendetta.
