Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa, called on Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad and General Austin Scott Miller in Islamabad.

According to the details, both the dignitires were on the official visit to Pakistan

During the meeting the United States’ ongoing efforts for sustainable peace in Afghanistan were discussed.

General Bajwa has reaffirmed full support for the US efforts of political settlement to the ongoing conflict in Afghanistan and also renewed Pakistan’s commitment to provide assistance and support for a sustainable peace in Afghanistan.
