The Prime Minister of United Kingdom, Boris Johnson removed from Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on last evening as he is recovering from COVID-19.

According to the sources, he is under close observation in the hospital now.

The spokesperson of UK’s PM said, “The Prime Minister has been moved this evening from intensive care back to the ward of the hospital, where he will receive close nursing during the early phase of his recovery.”

“He is in extremely good spirits,” the spokesperson further said.

Earlier on April 7, British Prime Minister, Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson tested positive for COVID-19.

The sources of British media said that The Queen has sent a message to Mr Johnson’s family and pregnant wife, saying they are in her thoughts.

The sources also confirms that he is not on ventilator but still in intensive care unit.

A spokesman added that he was being given oxygen and he feels good overnight.

Prime Minister Imran Khan conveys his best wishes for the immediate recovery of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and vowed to fight against Coronavirus.

Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Aisha Farooqui taking to Twitter said that PM Imran Khan has written a letter to his British counterpart.

The premiere has expressed good wishes for Boris Johnson’s speedy recovery.
