Coronavirus: Over 400 Pakistani prisoners freed from Dubai

410 Pakistani prisoners have been released from Dubai jails.

According to a statement issued by the Dubai Consulate,  released Pakistani prisoners were being sent to Peshawar and Faisalabad by two special flights.

Dubai Consulate stated that more than 200 prisoners have been sent to Pakistan before the flight operation was closed.

On the other hand, as per Pakistan Consulate, flights to bring stranded Pakistanis back to home from Dubai will be restored soon.

It is pertinent to mention here that 700 Pakistani prisoners have been released by the Dubai government since the outbreak of the Coronavirus.
