The dancing pallbearers from Ghana started a new campaign, ‘stay home or dance with us’. The purpose of this campaign is to spread the awareness to fight against coronavirus pandemic.

Now Benjamin Aidoo, one of the performers of the troupe who leads them, uploaded a video on his twitter accounts in which the pallbearers are seen wearing masks. He said that this was to warn people and extend gratitude to health workers.

Social media platforms have been flooded with memes and GIFs of the dancing pallbearers from around the globe and after this social media users start discussing it and mostly appreciated the initiative.

The Ghanaian dancing pallbearers with visuals of their showy dances while carrying coffins is very viral on social media, they first notices on the internet in 2017. But the music track ‘Astronomia’ was produced by Tony Igy in 2010.
