Another Indian Air Force fighter jet crashed in India on Mig-29, but the pilot remained safe.

According to Indian media, a training aircraft MiG-29 flying from a military base in Jalandhar in the state of Punjab crashed in a nearby field due to a technical fault.

The pilot saved his life by jumping with a parachute but he was seriously injured. The rescue helicopter has shifted the pilot to a military hospital for medical treatment.

An Indian Air Force spokesman told media that a training MiG-29 flying from a military base in Jalandhar crashed in a nearby field. The plane had a technical malfunction.

The spokesman said that an inquiry committee has been formed to investigate the accident.
