Chairman Pakistan people’s party Bilawal Bhutto said that the cowardly attack on Karachi Stock Exchange was thwarted by the brave & timely action by Sindh Police.

He took to Twitter and wrote, “All Pakistanis are grateful to Sindh police for not only saving so many lives but successfully defending the nerve centre of Pakistan’s economy.”

Earlier Bilawal’s youngest sister and daughter of former president Asif Ali Zardari, Aseefa Bhutto Zardari has saluted all the brave officers who fought back and killed the terrorists.

“Strongly condemn the cowardly attack on Pakistan Stock Exchange in Karachi. Salute our brave officers who fought back and killed the terrorists. Reports still coming in about loss of innocent lives, praying for the victims of the terrible attack and their families,” she said in her social media message.

Note that, All four militants, on Monday who stormed into Pakistan Stock Exchange Building and opened fire, killed, whereas five security officials also martyred during the encounter.

According to security sources, four terrorists who attacked the PSX have been killed.

Upon being informed of the attack, police and Rangers personnel reached the site in no time and cordoned off the area. The security personnel vacated and entered the building.

Police said the incident took place near the main gate of the PSX as firing continues. The surrounding areas have been sealed by police and Rangers personnel.
