Coronavirus becoming dangerous in province: Murad Ali Shah

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah while reassuring the citizens said that by the command of Allah we will get rid of this pandemic soon.

In his statement on the current situation of Coronavirus, the Sindh Chief Minister directed the people to cooperate with the administration and said that they should take care of themselves, by the command of God, they would soon get rid of this epidemic.

The Sindh Chief Minister said that the situation of Coronavirus was becoming dangerous in the province. The death toll in the last 24 hours has risen to 14, bringing the death toll in the province to 1,103.

Murad Ali Shah said that 9841 tests have been done in the last 24 hours out of which 1464 new cases have come to light today. 976 new cases have come to light in Karachi today.

The Chief Minister Sindh said that a total of 388690 tests have been conducted in the province so far out of which 71092 cases have come positive.

He further said that 32945 patients are currently undergoing treatment in Sindh out of which 31390 are in homes, 47 patients are in isolation centers while 1508 patients are undergoing treatment in various hospitals.

The Sindh Chief Minister said that today 617 patients are in critical condition out of which 111 patients are on ventilators at present.
