One civilian injured in unprovoked Indian firing along LoC

Violations of ceasefire by the Indian Army on the Line of Control (LoC) continue.

According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Indian forces violated the ceasefire on the LoC by firing indiscriminately on the Bagsar sector and targeting the civilian population.

The ISPR spokesman further said that a civilian Babar Hussain was injured in the unprovoked firing of Indian forces on the LOC and the injured have been shifted to a nearby medical center for medical treatment.

It may be recalled that Indian forces had violated the ceasefire on the LoC by firing indiscriminately on Lepa Valley and Kayani Sector, killing Imtiaz Ali, a youth from Pabi village in Nowshera district. A woman was seriously injured in an unprovoked firing by the army in Chari Kot sector of the Line of Control.
