The government has decided to change the prices of petroleum products every 15 days.

According to details, a meeting of the Economic Co-ordination Committee was held in Islamabad under the chairmanship of Finance Advisor Abdul Hafeez Sheikh.

The meeting approved the proposals to change the prices of petroleum products. The prices of petroleum products will now change in every 15 days.

Sources said that the meeting also approved the import of 300,000 metric tonnes of sugar.

The meeting also reviewed the modalities of pricing of petroleum products.

Earlier today, Chairman CPEC Authority Asim Saleem Bajwa said that Shanghai Electric has expedited work on Thar Block One despite Coronavirus.

According to details, Chairman CPEC Authority Asim Saleem Bajwa said in his tweet on the social networking website that Shanghai Electric has expedited work on Thar Block One.
