In a strange event, a lady from Sambhal area in Uttar Pradesh has asked separation from her husband as he does not fight with her every day.

The woman has requested a Sharia enclosure for separation in simply 18 months right after her new marriage. The woman alleged that her husband’s love for her was ‘suffocating’ her feelings.

“He does not shout at me and neither has he upset me on any issue. He even cooks for me and also helps me in performing household chores,” she said to the court in front of officials.

She moreover replied: “Whenever I make a mistake, he always forgives me for that. I wanted to argue with him. I do not need a life where the husband agrees to anything.”

The Sharia judiciary cleric refused her request for separation, titling it as stupid and foolish. If the Sharia court declined to give her separation, the woman carried up the subject with the district panchayat, which also showed its failure to resolve the divorce.

On the other hand, the woman’s husband told loved his spouse and forever desired to keep her comfortable and happy. He also demanded the Sharia court to reconsider the matter. The government has immediately directed the two to fix the issue, respectively.
