CCTV footage of Captain (R) Safdar’s arrest released

BOL News has obtained that the CCTV footage related to the arrest of senior Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Captain (R) Safdar.

According to the footage Sindh Police carried out a 46-minute operation to arrest PML-N leader Captain (R) Safdar Awan, for violating the sanctity of  Mazar-e-Quaid.

The footage shows that at 6:08 am, two police mobiles entered the private hotel where Captain (R) Safdar leader was staying.

At 6:45 am the police team went on the 15th floor, where Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Vice President Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar’s room was located.

The video also shows that a man in plain clothes and joggers was taking instructions from someone on his phone.

As per the footage, at 6:48 am two policemen barged into the room where the PML-N leaders were staying. Two minutes later, at 6:50 am, Capt Safdar was arrested.

The footage also shows that a man in plain clothes was making a video of the arrest in the lift and lobby of the hotel.

It may be recalled that Captain (R) Safdar was arrested in the case of violating the sanctity of Mazar-e-Quaid. Captain (R) Safdar was arrested from a private hotel.  PML-N leader Capt. Safdar addressed the supporters in Quaid-e-Azam’s mausoleum with his shoes on.
