Liverpool had a major boost as Mohamed Salah tested negative for coronavirus and back to training with the team.

According to the details, the club’s manager Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Mohamed Salah has returned to training after recovering from the dread virus.

“He can now train with us tomorrow, that’s it. He will have two tests in the next two days, so, yes, he will be tested like all of us,” he added.

“That’s what I’ve heard, yes, it (was) negative today,” Klopp said at the post-match press conference on Sunday as per the official Liverpool website.

“I think he is from now on pretty normal in testing. Tomorrow we have the UEFA testing for the Champions League and I am pretty sure he will be in that.

Salah had tested positive for coronavirus while on international duty with Egypt.

Salah was observing medical protocols agreed upon in consultations between doctors in Egypt and Liverpool,

Mohamed Salah has scored 53 goals in 66 Premier League home games for Liverpool, averaging 0.82 goals per game.
