Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia had a telephone conversation with Yemeni President Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi on Tuesday.

During the talks, the Crown Prince reiterated his commitment to continue providing all possible assistance to the Yemeni government and to assist the constitutional government in alleviating the plight of the Yemeni people.

The Crown Prince announced that the Yemeni government would provide $422 million worth of oil under the Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program in War-Affected Areas.

The two leaders discussed the current situation in Yemen, a peace plan proposed by Saudi Arabia to resolve the crisis in Yemen, a political solution to the conflict and the terrorist activities of the Houthi rebels.

The Yemeni president welcomed the peace plan presented by Saudi Arabia to resolve the Yemeni crisis.

He said that Saudi Arabia has always done its utmost to establish lasting peace and stability in Yemen.

On the occasion, the Saudi Crown Prince assured Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi that Saudi Arabia would continue to provide all possible assistance to the Yemeni constitutional government to alleviate the plight of the Yemeni people.

He also announced the provision of $422 million worth of oil products under Yemen’s reconstruction and rehabilitation program.

Talks between the Yemeni president and the Saudi crown prince also focused on the ‘Green Middle East’ project.

The Yemeni president praised the Saudi Crown Prince’s “Green Middle East” plan and called it the best way to resolve the current environmental crisis.
