Raj Kundra is in rough seas, and it doesn’t seem to be getting any better. According to News 18, Raj Kundra’s four Viaan Industries employees are now set to testify in the adult film racket case that surfaced last week.

Citing CBI sources, the report stated that employees may turn witnesses against Raj Kundra as he has not been co-operating well in the investigation.

According to the sources, they may be faced alongside Kundra. The Mumbai Crime Branch arrested him and several others last week after an inquiry into an adult film business led them to Kundra and his associates.

He and his techie accomplice are currently in police custody. Kundra and his wife Shilpa Shetty’s home has also been investigated several times.

Raj Kundra’s lawyer, advocate Subhash Jadhav, revealed that they will be dragging the High Court in the matter. Calling it an “illegal” arrest.

“Raj Kundra’s arrest is illegal. There is not a single video which can be called pornographic. A 4000 page charge sheet has been filed but the police were not even able to point out any sexually explicit act in the video which demonstrated illegality under section 67a. Rest of the section applied are bailable. The Supreme Court had earlier released Munawar Farooqui on the same grounds.” He said

Previously, Mumbai Police Crime Branch Cell arrested actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra on charges for being engaged in producing pornographic content.
