The Taliban has confirmed an “amnesty” across Afghanistan, trying to tranquil tensions through a nervous capital city.

Taliban has further announced and urged Afghan women to join its government.

Whereas Kabul airport is in chaos, as thousands of Afghani citizens trying to flee the country surrounded the city’s international airport in a despairing effort to go on board.

On the contrary. Evacuation flights from Afghanistan have been recommenced as a Western security official told the Reuters news agency on Tuesday that the Kabul airport’s asphalt and runway which was previously controlled by the groups from the United States were now clear of mobs.

The official has stated that military flights relinquishing diplomats and civilians from Afghanistan have started taking off from the country.

Monday’s chaos has caused at least seven people to lose their lives, including quite a few people who cohered to the sides of a jet as it took off.

In Washington, DC, US President Joe Biden stated that he is firm about his decision to extract US Army groups from Afghanistan.

President Biden is facing extreme criticism worldwide at the country’s former Western-backed headship for worsening to counterattack the Taliban.

“I stand squarely behind my decision,” he said in a television address from the White House.

“After 20 years, I’ve learned the hard way that there was never a good time to withdraw US forces”, stated Biden in his live television session.

On the other hand, the Taliban have professed the war to be over in Afghanistan and a senior leader from the Taliban stated that the group would wait until foreign forces had left before generating a new governance assembly.

Furthermore, China stated that it was prepared for “friendly relations” with the Taliban, while Russia and Iran also made diplomatic propositions to the new governance system in Afghanistan.
