Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan is happy and satisfied with the performance of Ehsan Mani as the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and asserted him to continue it.

On Monday, Ehsan presented the PCB performance report of his three-year tenure to PM in the meeting at PM House.

PM showed his satisfaction over Ehsan’s performance and instead him to continue it.

As per the sources, Ehsan Mani is not willing to continue for three more years as PCB chairman and refused to continue.

Meanwhile, PM questioned Ehsan about bidding for the ICC tournaments, on which he replied that it will take around 3-4 months more.

Premier was also presented with the report on the new domestic system.

Whereas, former Test cricketer Ramiz Raja also had a meeting with PM separately. Reportedly, Ramiz and former Board of Governors (BoG) member Jawad Sajid will be nominated by the PM for the next PCB chairman.

The election will be conducted in which BoG members will give their votes to the nominated members, based on which the new chairman will be elected.
