Arsenal attempted to gain a footing, with Rob Holding heading wide minutes before Edouard Mendy saved Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s 63rd-minute shot.

Lukaku could have scored his second and Chelsea’s third goal, but Leno made a fantastic stop to tip the striker’s bullet header from Mount’s cross over the crossbar.

Arsenal will be playing its next match against Manchester City on August 28, while Chelsea will be playing its next match against Liverpool on the same day, August 28.
