Unidentified men rape girl’s corpse in Thatta

On Saturday, horrible incident  had  happened in Maulvi Ashraf Chandio village of Thatta where unidentified men dug up the grave of a  freshly-buried teenage girl and raped the corpse.

The incident occurred at the Shah Inayat graveyard in Ghullamullah, where the girl had been buried the day before. On Sunday, residents alerted the authorities after discovering the girl’s body in the bushes near the graveyard.

The corpse was sent to the Civil Hospital Makli for the purpose of post-mortem after police were informed. According to parents unidentified “heathens” had sexually abused the body of their daughter.

According to sources, the victim’s parents suspect a local goon, who was the son of the village landlord, was involved in the crime.

According to the news report, the parents stated that their daughter died of natural causes. The body indicated evidence of rape when the parents discovered it the next day.

Police stated on Sunday that a person suspected of digging up a girl’s grave and raping the body was killed in a police encounter.

According to the SSP, the suspect opened fire on the police team on Saturday night near Gharo while attempting to flee. According to the police officer, the officers acted quickly and killed the suspect in retaliatory fire.

In Thatta unidentified men dug up the corpse of a lady in a graveyard in the city’s Landhi Town neighborhood in the year of 2019 and raped the dead body, according to the deceased’s family, they do not want to file any charges.

After being informed of the horrific act, a large majority of the late woman’s family and neighbors arrived at Ismail Goth Graveyard. They were told that some men had dug up the deceased’s grave, which had only been dug up one day before, and raped the body.
