Marvel’s Wolverine is getting released on the PlayStation 5, announced by Sony in their PlayStation showcase.

In Sony PlayStation showcase Spider-Man and Ratchet and Clank developer Insomniac announced their working on a Wolverine game for the PlayStation 5.

The details of the game were not revealed during the presentation as the game is “very early in development” and is being directed by Brian Horton and Cameron Christian.

The head of PlayStation, Hermen Hulst, teased that Wolverine will take the players on “an emotional and suspenseful journey” into the character.

Insomniac head, Ryan Schneider wrote on the PlayStation Blog, “In the vein of our Spider-Man games, our goal here is to not only respect the DNA of what makes the character so popular but also look for opportunities to make it feel fresh and truly reflect the Insomniac spirit,”
