Pakistan left-arm bowler, Mohammad Nawaz tested positive for the COVID-19 test ahead of Pakistan’s series against New Zealand.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) informed, that Nawaz has been tested COVID-19 positive and has been isolated.

Except for Mohammad Nawaz, all other squad members and coaching staff have returned negative in COVID-19 testing.

As per schedule, the squad will be allowed to start their training ahead of ODIs tomorrow (Friday).

The New Zealand side will arrive in Islamabad on Saturday 11th September for three ODIs and five T20Is, which will be played from 17th September to 3rd October in Rawalpindi and Lahore.
