Aryan Khan’s narcotics case has taken an unexpected turn today, as a Mumbai session court rejected his bail application today.

Despite the fact that the court had deferred its decision until October 20. Shahrukh Khan’s son will remain in judicial custody for the time being.

On October 2, the star kid was apprehended by the NCB after a cruise ship going for Goa was intercepted. Khan’s lawyers, Satish Maneshinde and Senior Counsel Amit Desai have reportedly sought the High Court to obtain bail in this drug case.

Amit Desai, Aryan’s lawyer, told reporters outside the court that they are now planning to appeal to the Bombay High Court. “We have not been told the grounds on which our bail plea was rejected,” he said.

“We have to read the order first…I don’t have the order yet. We will move the Bombay HC once we get the order,” Desai stated.
