Papua New Guinea has announced its 16-man T20 World Cup squad 2021. the team will be lead by their regular skipper Assad Vala.

Papua New Guinea will be making their ICC T20 World Cup debut with their first match against co-host Oman on October 17.

PNG has won five out of six matches in the ICC T20 World Cup Qualifier in 2019 and lost to The Netherlands in the final.

PNG is placed in Group B of Round One with Oman, Scotland, and Bangladesh. They will be playing all of their Round One matches in Oman.
