Mohammad Amir proposes help to Nida Dar after she got scammed

Former Pakistan left-arm pacer, Mohammad Amir has proposed financial help to Nida Dar after she got scammed.

Nida said that she had been scammed at an event organized in her honour, where the organizers had presented her a cheque of Rs. 5 lakh but didn’t transfer money.

She added that she is in terrible financial condition and required money for her father’s treatment, as his father is currently in the hospital after an accident. She is the sole earner in her family and she is unable to bear her father’s treatment expenses.

Cricket journalist, Shoaib Jutt from his official Twitter account shares the details of the whole incident that happened with Nida Dar.

Amir after his tweet came forward and requested Shoaib to send him Nida’s details so that he can offer her help.

Amir tweeted, “You can send me her details. I will try my best to help her family.”

Nida Dar is one of Pakistan’s most experienced women’s cricketers and the only Pakistani bowler who has taken 100 T20I wickets. She is the fourth-highest wicket-taker in women’s T20I cricket. She has taken 103 wickets at an average of 18.16 and has an economy rate of 5.38 in 108 T20I matches. She has scored over 1,000 runs in the ODI and T20I format and is Pakistan’s third-highest run-scorer in the T20I format.
